Insurance & reimbursement
Dr. Dubey does not bill insurance. Upon request a superbill can be provided — an itemized receipt with the codes insurers require — which can be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by insurance, so please contact your provider to determine your coverage.
Health savings and flexible spending accounts (HSA/FSA) can generally be used for osteopathic treatment and are accepted for payment.
Why work this way?
Insurance billing tends to compress visits into what a code will cover. Working outside that system is what makes longer, unhurried visits possible.
Scheduling policies
- Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, and card (including HSA/FSA) are accepted.
- Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to another patient. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full visit fee.
