Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Jared Dubey, DO
Dr. Dubey became an osteopathic physician because traditional Osteopathy is what finally resolved his own injury.
The story
At 22, a rock climbing injury left Jared in pain that conventional treatment couldn’t resolve. Treatment from a traditional osteopath is what finally worked, and the experience changed the direction of his career.
He went to medical school to become that kind of physician.
Alongside his formal medical training he studied traditional Osteopathy in the lineage of A.T. Still, MD, DO and William Sutherland, DO, and he has continued that study since through advanced coursework and mentorship with senior practitioners.
The practice
Stillwater Osteopathic Medicine is built around a simple intention: to provide an attentive clinical experience that allows patients to reconnect with their bodies and function at their best.
Visits are long by design. Diagnosis happens through touch as much as conversation, and treatment is tailored to the person on the table. It is holistic and integrative medicine hiding in plain sight, grounded in anatomy and over a century of osteopathic practice.
In addition to traditional Osteopathy, Dr. Dubey may order lab work or imaging, make recommendations for nutrition & exercise, or prescribe supplements or medication. He does not manage chronic prescriptions nor offer primary care services.
